Technical Fouls - Illegal Moves

Uniform Requirement

Adult Competitors

Adults are required to where a White, Blue or Black GI Only. The GI top and pants MUST be matching color. Rashguards are NOT be worn under the GI during competition.

Rashguard and shorts are to worn for NO GI competitions. Spats are allowed as long as shorts are worn over top. No T-Shirt are permitted to be worn during competition.

Knee braces are permitted as long as they are not hard shell. Soft braces ONLY.
